- The unit is built on two floors. The casting and grain blasting machine are on ground level but the red support structure located on the basement is not included in the sale. However, the dismantling work requires working on two floors.

Note: The buyer dismantles the item for transportation. The schedule of the dismantling work can be agreed separately, but it is affected by, among other things, the seller's production schedules and the dismantling schedules of other machines. The device must be disassembled and removed by November 15 2024.

The buyer is required to do the following before starting demolition work:
- Liability insurance (document needs to be presented if requested)
- Appropriate dismantling qualifications with certificates (if necessary, certified)
- All personnel participating in the dismantling work or visiting the site must undergo seller's own safety training and test

The seller has the right to stop the dismantling work if unacceptable actions are noted and the demolition work must be carried out within the seller's daily operating hours(office hours on weekdays). The buyer is liable for compensation if the demolition work causes damage to the property, equipment or items owned by the seller, the object to be dismantled, or personnel. The buyer must bring their own equipment and tools for dismantling.
